Villa Mona Roza: A luxury retreat in Kalkan, Türkiye
Perched on the hillside, Villa Mona Roza offers breath-taking uninterrupted full-circle panoramic views of the sea, Snake and Mouse islands and mountains.
The villa is located in Kördere, on the hillside above Kalkan (Türkiye), is away from the noise of the bars in town, yet the heart of Kalkan is just a few minutes’ drive away. In the hot summer days when the cost can get a bit too hot and humid, the air around the villa is much more comfortable with a cooling breeze.
The centre of Kalkan town lies a 7 minute drive away – taxis are very easily available (we can supply you with a WhatsApp number for a taxi driver, so you can summon a taxi to the villa at any time and there is a taxi-rank in the town centre so you can always get a taxi home - at the time of writing you can expect to pay circa £4-£5 each way).
The villa is detached, completely private and not overlooked, which is very rare in Kalkan.
Villa Mona Roza offers a memorable holiday experience with its spacious interior and outside living space and luxury design. The villa is spread over three floors and it has been furnished with only the best of fittings and fixtures. It has five en-suite bedrooms all with air-con and can easily accommodate ten people.
There are two main entrances to the property, one at the ground floor and one at the first floor, which make it convenient for easy access to the first floor bedrooms.
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
This floor consists of a fully-equipped large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is very well-equipped with a range of Samsung appliances including electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and water-cooler.
A communal cloakroom is also provided on this level which also houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Floor to ceiling sliding doors from the living area and kitchen lead out onto the pool terrace with infinity edged swimming pool (approximate size of 13.5m x 5m, including children's swimming pool and a shallow portion), built-in jacuzzi, sun loungers and an outside shower. There are pergolas with a shaded eating table for al-fresco dining.
There is ample space for car parking at both ground floor and first floor level.
First floor:
On this level, there are three large en-suite double bedrooms all with a balcony and a sea-view:
One master bedroom with a large double jacuzzi within the room, also has a balcony to the side as well as to the front.
One double-bedroom to the front, also with a balcony.
One double-bedroom also has a balcony to the front of the building and a huge picture window to the side.
Second floor:
This level has two large, en-suite bedrooms both with their own large terraces and rattan furniture set to enjoy the magnificent sea-view and the sunset.

A full clean and lining change is carried out on a weekly basis. Therefore if your booking is for two weeks, you will have a full clean and linen change in the middle of your stay. However, if your booking is for one week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, but it may be possible to organise one at additional cost if required.
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival
